The customers bought this property for the location and the land, knowing the house itself was still in its original 1980s form. With a limited budget and a full house, the question wasn’t whether to update — it was where to start. We started with the two things that mattered most: the kitchen and the exterior.

We started on site, taking careful measurements and understanding the family’s goals. In the design studio we built an itemized scope of work so the customers could make decisions based on budget and value. With the plan set, we had materials on site and a schedule in place before starting—then managed demolition and installation with dust walls and fans to keep the house livable while the family continued with their week.
